BERT VAN REES
Bert van Rees was born in 1972 in Genemuiden. He chose to study Environmental Sciences to degree level in Groningen because “it was such a nice, broad subject”. While studying, he became fascinated by communication, and started his career as an editor.
One of his other passions is food. Not only is he a culinary connoisseur, but he also knows all the ins and outs of the food industry. A number of vocational courses and several jobs later, he is now combining both of his passions in his role as project leader at The Food Agency.
